Casa Tosca is a beautifully restored historic Townhouse in a quiet center of the medieval town. Javea is charmed with having a historic quarter with its narrow streets, wrought iron balconies, large wooden front doors and beautiful stone porticoes. The enchanting Tosca stone House has 4 air conditioned renovated apartments and an Ensuite room, designed to give the guests a sense of history and comfort. All the apartments are equipped a washing maching, stove top and microwave. We offer coffee, tea, sheets and towels. The house has Fiber Optics Internet and a smart TV in each apartment. Everyone in the house has access to the Roof terrace.

No.1 - The Vault - 55-60 Euros - The Boveda, is a small Ensuite room. It has its own little bathroom, no kitchen but we put a coffee machine. Smart television and A/C.

No.2 - Julietta - 90-125 Euros - Julietta, has 2 lovely balconies overlooking the streets. 1 Queen size bed. 1 Sofa bed, Smart television, A/C, washing machine, oven and stovetop. For the winter, there is a small wood burning unit.

No.3 - The Studio - 75-85 Euros - The Studio, is what it is, a studio apartment. 1 Queen size bed. Television and A/C, washing machine, stovetop.

No.4 - The Attic - 90-130 Euros - The Aticco, is adjacent to the terrace. It has 2 queen size beds and can accomodate 4 people. Smart television, A/C, washing machine, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and fireplace. You can buy the firewood from us.

No.5b - The Office - 65-80 Euros - The office- Named as such because you must go through our office and laundry room to go to your apartment. However, at night you have access to the sofa and washing machines should you need them. More like a studio apartment, there is a small kitchen with a fridge, stovetop, microwave and coffee machine, A/C and a Smart TV.
